Every detail of the villas was innovatively designed by a dedicated team to cater exclusively to the comfort, ease and peace of mind of our guest and to give an overall Bali Experience.
Sienna Villas consists of two different villa styles:
* PURI SIENNA: 4-bedroom villa complex
* SIENNA VILLA: 3-bedroom Villa (4 unit)
Puri Sienna Villa features 4 deluxe bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms, spaciously spread out on a soothing 2000 square meter oasis featuring two swimming pools.
Sienna Villas feature 3 bedrooms with ensuite in Mediterranean style, giving a spacious island feel. The villas each feature extensive upstairs and downstairs areas, with private lap pools in a tropical setting.

Our restaurant-trained cooks are available to cater for your in-house dinner, with reasonable notice. Or alternatively, utilize our fully modern kitchen to create your own gastronomic delights, as Seminyak's best international delis and supermarkets are no more than 5 minutes away.
Menus from a a selection of fine local restaurants are in each villa, and our staff are on hand to arrange orders, pick-up and will serve your meal to you in the privacy of your own villa.
Other unique services on offer are:

· Professionally trained masseuses to massage your stress and tension away.
· Pre-prepared food and beverage menus, to ease the complication of menu creation.
Our helpful manager can also assist you with specialized tour arrangements, as there is so much to see and do on the paradise island of Bali. All within easy traveling distance of Sienna Villas are; Hindu temple tours, scuba diving, white water rafting, golfing, elephant trekking or tennis. Fantastic local and international restaurant recommendations, and exciting shopping advice, are also gladly imparted.

All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Rates are nett, inclusive of tax and service charges.
4 Bedroom Villa rates are inclusive of daily American Breakfast for 8 people.
3 Bedroom Villa rates are inclusive of daily Continental Breakfast for 6 people.
Stay 7 nights on normal season at 3 Bedroom Villa only pay for 6 nights.
Minimum stay on high/peak season is 7 nights.
Special Venue e.g. Wedding, Anniversary, and Birthday Party, minimum stay of 5 nights on normal season and 7 nights on high/peak season.
sienna Villas are fully staffed with housemaids and 24hr security.
TV Room couches in 4 Bedroom Villa may be used as beds for children under 12 years without extra cost.
Maximum number of adults is six in 3 Bedroom Villa and eight in 4 Bedroom Villa.
All rooms have king-sized beds. Extra beds can be provided in rooms at a cost of US$ 25/bed/night.
Baby cost at US$ 5/night. Extra meals will be charged to guest's personal account.
Babysitting service available at US$5/hour up until 7PM and US$7/hour after 7PM.
Airport Transport: US$ 7/car/way (max for 4 persons).
Payment Details and Cancellation policy;
* Bookings are only confirmed with a 50% deposit and confirmed flight details. Balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be non-refundable if: (1) No notice is given (no show), (2) Cancellation is made within 33 days prior to arrival in Low season and with 63 days prior a rival in High/Peak season.
Check in time is 14.00 hours and check out time is 12.00 hours. Day use of the villa up until 6PM will be charged at 50% of room rate.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
