All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: 01 April 2009 - 30 Juny 2009, 01 Sept - 14 Dec 2009, 06 Jan 2010 - 31 Marc 2010)

High Season Validity: 01 July 2009 - 31 August 2009)

Peak Season (Validity: December 15, 2009 until January 05, 2010)

* The rate are nett inclusive of government tax and service charge, and inclusive daily breakfast at maximum occupancy

* The rate are inclusive of breakfast

* Single and Deluxe Pavilion Villa, Maximum 2 adult and 1 child 10 years age and under, share a bed with parents

* FOC on room only for a maximum 1 child under 12 years of age, if sharing with parents using existing bedding.

* Day use : Until 06.00 pm is charge at 50% of above rates. After 06.00 pm will charged at one night room rate

* Check-in time : 13.00 hours

* Check-out time 12.00 hours

* Cancellation policy:
- Normal season: Written cancellation received within 10 days prior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged
- High season : written cancellation received within 17 days prior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged.
- Peak season : written cancellation received within 24 prior arrival date, one night room rate will be charged.

* No Show Policy : In case of no show, 100% room rate will be charged of total room night(s) confirmed.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
