All rates are net and including daily Continental or Indonesia breakfast

- Free a 30 minute massage for adults only for minimum 4 nights stay
- Free an Indonesia dinner for minimum 7 night stay
- Extra bed is available on request
- Check-in time - 14:00
Check-out time - 12:00
- Return airport transfers :US$ 30.00 per car(max. 4 people)
- All the above rates are net including 21 % government tax, service charge
- Full Payment must be received before departure date

- Low Season
Any cancellation made less than 10 days prior to arrival or no show will be charged one night villa rate
- High and Peak Seasons
Any cancellation made less than 35 days in high season and 50 days in peak season prior to arrival will be charged one night villa rate

- No Show
- Low Season
Will be charged one night of villa rate
- High and Peak Seasons
Will be charged total nights of villa rate

- Any confirmation of reservation must be followed by a 50% non -refundable deposit 10 days prior to arrival on Low season or 35 days prior to arrival on High & Peak season

- Balance of payment must be paid upon check-in

One child under 12 years old sharing with adults and use existing bedding is free of charge. Second child or adult must add extra bed. Infant, baby cot or baby chair are available on request.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
