Regular Season (Validity: January 8,2008 Until July 19,2008 and September 8,2008 until 19 December,2008)

High Season Validity: July 20,2008 Until September 7,2008 and December 20,2008 until January 7,2009)

1. Extra Person(Extra Bed)
* First extra bed is complimentary excluding breakfast, second extra bed is chargeable USD 50 inclusive of breakfast.
* Extra person charge will apply for the guest above twelve (12) years old

2. Family Plan
* One Bedroom Villa,one (1) Children of 12 years old or below will be complimentary based on villa only
* Two Bedroom Villa, Two (2) Children of 12 years old or below will be complimentary based on villa only
* Three Bedroom Villa, Two (2) Children of 12 years old or below will be complimentary based on villa only
* Meals and other service, children under twelve (12) years old or below will be charged at half price
* the above conditions are valid when occupying the same villa with the parents

3. Season Period
* Normal Season : January - July 19 and September 8 - December 19
* High Season: July 20 - September 7 and December 20 - January 7

5. Payment
* We require 50 % of non refundable deposit before the arrival date.
* Payment is required by cash basis during in the house (between check-in and check-out)

6. Cancellation Policy
A. The Following Cancellation fee will be charged per villa if:
- A cancellation is made after the option date
- A cancellation is made after a pre-payment
- There is a no-show.
A. Cancellation Fee:
* Normal Season: 10 days prior to arrival, One (1) night' villa
* High Season: 17 days prior to arrival, One (1) night' villa

B. The following cancellation fee will be charged per villa if:
- A cancellation is made after check-in
- Stay is shortened after check-in
B. Cancellation Fee
* Normal Season : 50 % of canceled night's villa revenue
* High Season : Total Canceled night's villa revenue

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
